Whether it's a new custom home or a commercial storefront build-out, the electrical layout gets decided long before anyone sees a switch plate. We plan the circuits around how the space will actually be used, balance the load across the panel, and leave room for whatever gets added later.
New construction and additions
On a new build the window is short: rough-in has to be done, inspected, and signed off before drywall. One customer brought us in mid-project on a new build to get caught up for drywall, and we picked it up from where the last crew left off. That's normal work for us, not an emergency.
Garages, shops, and walkouts
Power to a new garage, a finished walkout, a workshop that needs its own subpanel: these are some of our most common jobs. Outlets and lighting go where you'll actually use them, and the work area gets cleaned up when we're done.
Built to pass inspection
Electrical work in Minnesota is permitted and inspected. Every circuit is installed to the National Electrical Code and built to pass inspection, because a failed inspection costs you time you don't have on a build schedule.
